Complex multi-stage test procedures
MEYLE parts are subjected to multiple test procedures throughout the entire production cycle.
First, the initial sample is tested. Only if it meets the required quality criteria will volume production start. The German team of technicians supervises production to rule out variations in the quality of our products. Prior to the shipment of customer orders random tests or 100 % checks ensure that only parts of the highest quality leave the warehouse. Our expert technicians at the Hamburg test laboratory use special analysing methods complemented by quality tests carried out by independent organisations, such as the German technical inspection organisation TÜV.
In addition, Wulf Gaertner Autoparts also does field tests. For test purposes MEYLE parts are fitted to various vehicle types in different countries. Many driven kilometres within short time, different climatic environments and road conditions are an ideal setting for field test results. Our stringent standards and continuous tests guarantee uniform quality of MEYLE parts.
