New products, technical information, trade fair reviews and many more: On these pages we present what’s new and interesting at Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG and MEYLE products.
Wulf Gaertner Autoparts is presenting a wide range of innovations at this year’s Automechanika. These include the new MEYLE brake disks and pads, HD control arm sets for Mini and BMW, six newly developed MEYLE HD water pumps and a wide range of commercial vehicle parts. From its extensive service portfolio the company is also presenting practical oil change kits for top quality oil change.
The Spaniard, Antonio Albacete, European runner-up in the sport of Truck Racing, will be with his team in front of Hall 5 of the Frankfurt Trade fair Center to answer questions from truck racing enthusiasts and journalists. He will be presenting his racing truck and the MEYLE brake disks and pads used with which he is on track to win the championship title.
Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG is well prepared for the first day at the Automechanika 2014 in Frankfurt. In addition to numerous exhibits which can be examined at the trade fair stand, this year the Hamburg manufacturer is focusing on services provided. Large media boxes equipped with a wide range of animations, videos and information in six different languages provide visitors with an interactive insight into the MEYLE product world.
Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG has evolved successfully from a classic dealer to a brand supplier of automotive spare parts in the independent aftermarket with its own brands, MEYLE and MEYLE-HD and its own production. As the next logical step on this path, the company has sold its subsidiary IMC in the USA which supplies garages with numerous branded products, in particular for European vehicles. The company has succeeded in finding a buyer with a promising future in the shape of the listed AutoZone Inc. Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG continues to focus on developing its manufacturing expertise, and it is investing in its production plant for steering components, among other projects.
In its tireless search for new ways to help workshops increase repair efficiency, Hamburg-based Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG has added a joint play tester to its range of products. The tool allows steering and suspension parts to be checked for wear quickly, easily and reliably. Moving the lever arm delicately enables repair professionals to identify early-stage wear of the suspension components on the front and rear axles. A YouTube video featuring two of Wulf Gaertner Autoparts's car technicians describes the use and benefits of the MEYLE joint play tester. The video is part of the recently launched garage series "The MEYLE Mechanics" featuring two repair experts demonstrating removal and installation procedures for different parts rounded out by technical tips and tricks to help streamline workshop routine. New "The MEYLE Mechanics" videos will be produced at the training workshop at Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG's Hamburg headquarters. The MEYLE joint play tester is available as of now under the MEYLE no. 777 900 0001.
