MEYLE, a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive spare parts, is launching its first training courses for electric vehicles in 2025. The company is thus responding to the increasing number of e-vehicles and the associated demand for workshop services for hybrid and electric vehicles.

"With the 'MEYLE EV Experience Center', we want to lower the inhibition threshold for workshops to deal with work on high-voltage vehicles. In concrete terms, this means providing them with practical knowledge and accompanying them on their way through the mobility transition - this is the only way we can sustainably develop the independent aftermarket and make it future-proof," says Patrick Stüdemann, Head of Technical Training at MEYLE AG, commenting on the development.

The first training course, which will take place at the company's headquarters at the end of April, will deal with the theory of the introduction to the model series, vehicle preparation, the component overview and the relevant service work. The practical part will also deal with topics such as troubleshooting and diagnostics on the vehicle, the use of the Tesla Toolbox and how to diagnose and evaluate common error codes in practice.

The three planned training modules are each scheduled for two days and are designed to provide participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge for working on high-voltage vehicles. The training courses will be held in German, but basic knowledge of English and a level S1 high-voltage certificate are required.

Further dates for Module 1 are already planned for July 2025 and can be booked directly via the company's website.
