MEYLE is relaunching on the Italian market at Autopromotec, the international trade fair for the automotive aftermarket, with a new strategy aimed at strengthening the brand’s presence through a focused growth and consolidation plan. This is not a market entry, but rather a new phase – one that seeks to reinforce the brand’s identity with a more structured offer, greater visibility, and the goal of becoming a solid reference point for independent distribution and repair networks.
MEYLE AG, a German company based in Hamburg and part of the Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG group, operates in over 120 countries with a catalogue of more than 24,000 spare parts. Known for its reliability and engineering excellence, MEYLE develops and manufactures components designed to enhance workshop efficiency, simplify repairs, and improve vehicle durability and safety. MEYLE’s offering includes three main product lines:
MEYLE ORIGINAL – OE-equivalent spare parts
MEYLE PD – performance-oriented parts
MEYLE HD – technically enhanced components with an extended 4-year guarantee

This new chapter for MEYLE comes at a positive time for the aftermarket sector, which closed 2024 with a 2.4% revenue increase compared to the previous year – the fourth consecutive year of growth, confirming Italy’s strategic importance in the automotive parts landscape.
MEYLE is showcasing its innovative and efficient products at Autopromotec (Stand E44, Hall 16), including:
Pre-assembled tie rod kits, with end piece, axial joint, and boot already mounted – reducing installation time and error risk.
1,200 high-performance brake discs and pads from the MEYLE PD line.
MEYLE PD cabin air filters that chemically bind NOx gases and trap them permanently – ideal for both the environment and the vehicle interior.
All components are 100% tested and immediately available, meeting the expectations of even the most demanding workshops. Naturally, e-mobility solutions are included as well, featuring products and know-how – such as training courses – designed to help workshops navigate the shift toward electric mobility.
The brand relaunch is supported by a comprehensive communications strategy aimed at enhancing visibility in the Italian market, both online and offline. MEYLE will produce targeted content focusing on new products and technical solutions, in line with a mid- to long-term strategy designed to reach distributors, workshops, and automotive professionals more directly.
From an operational standpoint, MEYLE plans to strengthen its logistics network in Italy, adopting an integrated and flexible approach to ensure supply chain continuity and provide timely responses to Italian customer needs. Combined with engineering know-how and technical training, this enables workshops to optimize processes, reduce vehicle downtime, and confidently manage the transition to e-mobility.
