All product development is done at the company headquarters in Hamburg, Germany by our experienced engineers who have extensive backgrounds in vehicle parts, design and production. MEYLE HD parts are designed by MEYLE engineers to improve product quality and service life: Being redesigned, they offer enhanced features and are able to outshine original equipment parts in terms of durability and reliability. With our range of optimized MEYLE HD parts – HD stands for “High Durability” – we provide the independent aftermarket with a unique and improved solution offering more than 1500 items to fit thousands of different vehicle applications. In 1962 Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG founded the USA based Interamerican Motor Corporation (IMC), an import and distribution company of both original equipment and aftermarket sourced automotive products for European automobiles. Concentrating now on our engineering and manufacturing expertise, MEYLE AG is focused on its suspension and steering production facility and other exciting projects, including braking technologies, to continue its growth and contribution to the ever expanding aftermarket replacement parts industry.
