Tested by MEYLE – built for everyday use
Our headlight levelling sensors are tested thoroughly. This includes endurance tests under extreme conditions like salt water exposure, as well as test fits under real operating conditions. This way, we can guarantee that our sensors work reliably and harmonise optimally with each vehicle.
All our sensors are carefully tested. Precise signal processing provides exact control of headlight range and suspension functions – quality that workshops can depend on.
Our sensors’ heavy-duty design protects them against dirt, moisture and external influences. This means a long life span even under challenging conditions.
Depending on the vehicle design, our sensors can be installed on the front and/or rear axle. Compatible with vehicles with auto-levelling headlights, with air suspension systems and with xenon and LED headlight systems.
After installation, the zero position of the unloaded vehicle has to be configured and calibrated in line with the vehicle manufacturer’s testing instructions. We recommend that you have the sensors installed and calibrated by a trained professional.
