Whistle-blower and complaints procedure

With our whistle-blower and complaints procedure, we want to ensure that human rights violations, environmental violations, economic crimes and all other unethical and illegal incidents can be reported to us anonymously. A tip-off from you can help to uncover and nip misconduct in the bud and can prevent damage being incurred by those involved. If you as an internal or external whistle-blower have a reasonable suspicion that MEYLE AG employees or managers are committing compliance violations (Violations of applicable law) such as:

  • corporate crimes (corruption, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, etc.),
  • violations of competition, antitrust or state aid law,
  • conflicts of interest,
  • embargo or export violations,
  • Data privacy violations
  • Discrimination
  • Violations of human rights
  • Environmental violations

The Compliance office will receive your tip-off as a neutral port of call and will handle it with the necessary degree of confidentiality. Possible misconduct can additionally be reported directly to the MEYLE Executive Board or to managers and will then be passed on to the Compliance office. Internal MEYLE whistle-blowers are afforded special protection in that no penalisation of any kind is allowed in relation to reports made in good faith. Whistle-blowers who act in good faith may therefore not be disadvantaged at MEYLE AG in any way.
