MEYLE AG develops, produces and sells high-quality automotive spare parts in the independent aftermarket under the MEYLE brand, which comprises three product ranges: MEYLE-ORIGINAL, MEYLE-PD and MEYLE-HD. The portfolio features around 24,000 items, representing the company in 120 countries around the world. The company network has some 1,000 employees worldwide, including 500 in Ham¬burg, at the logistics centre and our company headquarters. High-quality standards are the foundation of our company success. For the MEYLE-HD product range, company engineers have developed some 1,000 parts for thousands of different vehicle models which are technically superior to OE parts. MEYLE-HD parts are particularly resistant and durable, exceeding the service life of the OE version. There’s a four-year guarantee on the unique characteristic of the technically optimised MEYLE-HD parts.
MEYLE AG was established in 2016 and acquired the business operations of Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG on 1 January 2017. The latter got its start as Wulf Gaertner Autoparts GmbH, which was established by Wulf Gaertner on 11 July 1958 and turned into Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG in 1999. Like holding company Wulf Gaertner Autoparts AG and its other subsidiaries, MEYLE AG is entirely family-owned.
In addition, the Group has several production facilities, all of which are certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and some of which with DIN ISO/TS 16949. Production certification in accordance with the ISO/TS 16949 standard allows the company to supply production parts to original equipment and vehicle manufacturers (OEMs).

MEYLE-HD parts are optimised and technically superior to OE parts, which is occasionally also reflected in the appearance: For example, the MEYLE-HD ball head has a larger diameter than the OE pendant, meaning the enlarged ball head reduces the surface pressure and thus significantly improves part durability. MEYLE HD ball heads are engineered with precisely the correct diameter to make for a durable joint.
But any visual deviations do not affect installation or vehicle operation.
There’s more: MEYLE HD parts are designed for professional and easy installation at the repair shop. An example: the installation materials are usually included and there’s no need for any additional costly special tools, saving time and money for the repair shop and driver.

All MEYLE-ORIGINAL and MEYLE-PD products come with a guarantee of two years. Because MEYLE-HD products are technically optimised, these spare parts come with a four-year guarantee.
Complementing this guarantee, we give an additional 100,000 miles (160,934 kilometres) performance guarantee against defects of material and workmanship for MEYLE passenger car water pumps purchased from 01 May 2016. The guarantee given for MEYLE passenger car water pumps terminates upon expiration of the guarantee period or the guaranteed mileage, whichever occurs later: if the guaranteed mileage has not been reached at the end of the guarantee period of 24 or 48 months respectively, the performance guarantee continues to be valid. Respectively, the guarantee period of 24 or 48 months continues to be valid also in any case where the guaranteed mileage was already exceeded.
