Not only are our product managers and engineers well connected within the industry, they are also close to the market itself. Many of us are passionate mechanics ourselves and are in regular contact with garages and car enthusiasts. This gives us the opportunity to recognise problems at an early stage.
And instead of turning a blind eye, we begin looking into how we can approach these issues and improve the products.
Our engineers in Hamburg and at our production sites then work together to develop a solution. Therefore, the original parts are thoroughly tested using a variety of measuring data and wear tests to determine possible weak spots.
Did you know? We have developed a special set of characteristics to determine whether a product is suitable for our HD line.
It takes quite some time from identifying a problem to a finished, new product. Why? Because at MEYLE, we focus on quality – no product goes into series production until it meets 100% of our specifications.
